...of this critter situation around here! Muffin aka 'Ninja' found a new hiding place this morning. Guess where...
Um, yeah... that's a kitten in my TREE! The best part is when she sees her tail lying on the limb and thinks it's her arch enemy trying to sneak up on her and goes round and round... yes inside the tree... to catch it.
Currently she's perched on the third from the top branch. Oh joy.Too bad she's so darned cute or I'd feed her to the fiddler crabs.
(My poor Christmas tree...sigh...)
And are you wondering why we call her Ninja? Well, her personality is a bit... um... exuberant ...bordering on psychotic. Here, this might better illustrate what I'm talking about...
...isn't she such a dainty little sweetheart?
And Ruby, well just look at her... she the model of perfect manners and grace.
At least they're getting along.
Yep, I'm losing control. So I think I'll go bury my nose in Fearless Fourteen (thanks Mendy!) and try to ignore it all. That sounds like a plan right?

That's what you get for rescuing a cat from the bush! A tree rat. A fierce tree rat who will be giving Ruby a heart attack soon. Does she knock off the ornaments, too?

Julio hides in our trees too. He did it last year and I scrapped him. It was so cute! This year he hides in one tree and eats the green stuff. Yup. Then he throws it up. Tasty. The flocked tree, he also hides in and just licks the faux snow....apparently he can digest flock because he doesn't toss that back up....
